FOOD PRESERVATION WORKSHOP
The Department of Botany with a view to equip the girl students with organized skill oriented demonstration workshop on “Fruit and Vegetables preservation” in association with food and nutrition extension unit ministry of women and child welfare, Govt. of India. The students learned the technique of preparation of jam, jelly, pickle, squash etc.
TWO DAY STATE LEVEL CONFERENCE ON “CONSERVATION OF BIODIVERSITY”
Date: 17th TO 18th February 2017
Department of Botany organised two day state level conference on Conservation of Biodiversity in Association with BCUD Savitribai Phule Pune University. Conference was held successfully with 13 excellent resource persons, 42 teacher participates from Pune University, 16 from Mumbai, Kolhapur and Bharati Vidhyapeeth University and 62 students participants. Total participants were 120.
